In this dynamic session, we will explore the transformative power of relationships and belonging in the educational journey of English Language Learners (ELLs).

We will delve into effective strategies for engaging families of ELLs, combining traditional approaches with innovative technology, including AI. Participants will learn how to foster strong, supportive relationships with families, creating a sense of belonging and community. Discover practical techniques to overcome language and cultural barriers, foster a sense of belonging, and empower families to become active partners in their child's education. By the end of this session, you will have a toolkit of strategies to strengthen family-school connections and enhance student success.
